We know a large percentage of the population does not vote! However, in rural communities like Robeson County, its significally higher. ARLC will be that change we want to see through education, empowerment, and engagement! When more people vote we not only excercise our civic duties and rights but we see those in power look more like us and actually vote for "OUR" best interest not their "OWN."
